Rev. Emily Oliver is an ordained elder in the Florida Annual Conference, and the Associate Director of the Center for Clergy Excellence, where her ministry focuses on young adults who are discerning a call to ordained ministry. Emily grew up in Jacksonville, FL, attended undergraduate at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and seminary at Duke Divinity School. She served for 3 years as a pastor at Christ Church United Methodist in Fort Lauderdale, prior to being appointed to the Center for Clergy Excellence. She is married to Andy, and they have two boys, Liam and Evan. Emily enjoys the arts, reading, running, and being a mom.
