Since retiring from the Air Force and two more careers, Russ has served as District Lay Leader, and as chair of the Conference Committee on Congregational Transformation. He is a reFocus Facilitator/Coach/Trainer and Champion, a Nationally Certified NCD Trainer and Coach, and the Associate Conference Lay Leader. His vision for the Florida Conference is for laity and clergy working side by side, to energize and revitalize the church, reaching out to the lost and least in their communities in the name of Jesus.
